Free shipping is valid on purchases made at Zaggora.com for orders over $50 in value and shipped within the United States by DHL Courier. Sadly, this offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. 

Free upgrade to expedited shipping

Orders over $100 are automatically upgraded to free DHL Express 2 Day delivery. Expedited shipping offers 2-3 day delivery anywhere within the USA. Nice.

Delivery destinations

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.

Sadly, 2 Day Shipping for U.S. Deliveries can't be sent to the following places:

* P.O. Boxes

* APO, FPO or DPO

* Alaska

* Hawaii

* Puerto Rico

Delivery times

Economy shipping is typically 4-7 days anywhere in the USA

Expedited shipping is 2-3 days within the USA.

Taxes & Duties

Any applicable local, state or federal USA and Canada duties or taxes will be applied at checkout. 

Processing times

Handling time is between 24-48 hours (on business days) on orders shipped via the Economy shipping method.

Orders shipped Expedited service is 24 hours or less (on business days). 

Economy free delivery is shipped by DHL Global Mail and may be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.

Our shipping process is as follows:

Returns & Exchanges

If you have any issues with your order, we'll work with you to make it right. 

We have an amazing team standing by to help you out with your order. 

In the event you're not happy with your order or you're unhappy with the size, head over to our RETURN AN ITEM page to request an exchange or return.

Items are eligible for returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. This means we need to get back your items within 14 days of you receiving them. If we do not receive the items back in our warehouse within 14 days of receipt we reserve the right to refuse a refund or store credit. Thank you in advance.

We kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you are looking to a return or exchange an item so we can provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RMA) and return paperwork. To do so please kindly head over to our RETURN AN ITEM page and follow the easy process. Without that we will not be able to accept your return.

Items eligible for refunds or exchanges

You can return new, unworn and unopened items, with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. We can only refund amount paid. Sadly we are not able to refund any charges to ship the items back to us or the original shipping to you, if you paid for this separately.

All items need to be in a sellable condition. This means being new, unworn and in original undamaged packaging. This is so our fulfilment centre has tagged the returned item as "Sellable", not as 'Defective' or 'Customer Damaged'.

If an item is received as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged", sadly we will not be able to offer a refund. Sometimes, items are classified as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged" if they are received without the original tags or packaging so please do keep on the tags when you try your items for the first time. If any items are received as damaged or customer damaged, the items will be disposed of. 

Unwanted items

If you're returning an item due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be bourne by you. We cannot however reimburse the shipping cost to ship the item back to us.

It's also your responsibility to ensure the item gets back to us and we always recommend shipping it back to us with tracking. This way, we can find it if it get's lost or mis-placed.  If you are exchanging the item into something else, the shipping cost to ship a new item out to you will be covered by us.  

Items shipped to you in error

If you are returning items to us which have been shipped to you in error, we'll gladly cover the shipping cost of those. This really doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we make it right quickly.  

Refunds

When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?

When an item is received back in our warehouse it gets processed within 10 days at which point we will be able to notify you that your return is authorised. From that point, please kindly allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. We process most refunds quicker during less busy periods. Thank you.

We can only process refunds to the original card used to pay for the order or the original Paypal account. We cannot offer refunds by any other method. This is for our customers’ protection.

It may take between 3-5 business days for your refund to reach your bank account from the date it has been processed by us. Please kindly allow for up to 5 days for the funds to come through. We will send you a refund confirmation when your refund has been processed.
