Returns, exchanges and refunds

To effect a refund, store credit or exchange, please return your item to us within 14 days from receiving your goods. Please see below for details on which apply. 

We have an amazing team who work hard to help you out with any orders. We really want you to have the best experience possible and if for some reason that doesn't happen, we'll always work hard to make it right. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped, tracked and delivered by Amazon USA from their fulfillment centres in the relevant country. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Items purchased at full price

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, if the item has not been bought on an offer.

Items purchased on an offer

Any items bought with a coupon, discount, or any other offer are not eligible for a refund and are final sale. We can offer exchanges into different sizes should your item bought on an offer does not fit and if there is nothing you like to exchange into at that particular time we would be delighted to offer store credit for a purchase at a later date.

Returning an item - who pays the shipping costs

Unwanted items

If you are returning an item due to it being unwanted, the shipping costs for the item to reach our warehouse will be bourne by you. We would provide you with shipping labels and RMA so that the items can be accepted back into our warehouse, however are not able to reimburse shipping costs. It would be your responsibility to ensure the item gets to us and is shipped via a trackable method with proof of delivery. If you are exchanging the item into something else, the shipping cost to ship a new item to you will be covered by us.  

Items shipped to you in error

If you are returning to us items which have been shipped to you in error, we would gladly cover the shipping cost of those back to our warehouse and the shipping cost of the correct item to you. 

When can I expect to receive an eligible refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 calendar days of your item being received in our warehouse. We will honour all refunds if you let us know within 14 days of purchase and when the item is received back it is in a saleable condition. That means our fulfilment centre marking the received item as "Sellable", not as 'Defective' or 'Customer Damaged'. If an item is received as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged", sadly we will not be able to offer a refund. Most often items are classified as "Defective" or "Customer Damaged" if they are received without the original tags or original packaging. 

Please note, we charge a restocking fee of $8.50 for any items returned to us for which an exchange into a different size or style is not requested.
