After graduating from Oxford Brookes University, where I studied Sports and Coaching Studies, I won my Advanced Personal Training and Fitness Instructor qualifications from the American College of Sports Medicine in 2007. I’ve spent 17 years of my life living abroad in Egypt, Kuwait, Germany, Ireland, and Australia developing my passion for health and fitness.
My passion for sports, from rugby and tennis to cricket and open-water swimming, has helped me to develop a unique approach to training: using a client’s individual space to create bespoke circuits without having to rely on indoor gyms and the monotony of standard fitness equipment. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up, bulk up, or just improve your overall fitness, I’m your man. FHM voted me one of London's leading personal trainers in 2011, an accomplishment I continue to improve upon.
My training style specialises in health and body transformation through guidance in weight loss, pre- and post-natal exercise, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise. My fast, fun, and affordable approach to health and fitness, combined with my notorious boot camps across southwest London, have earned me a wide-ranging client base. Over the past 5 years I’ve trained Olympic athletes, celebrities, and a diverse list of clients from all over the world.
