SHIPPING INFORMATION

When will my order be shipped?
You will receive emails confirming when your order is completed, when it is being processed by the warehouse and is awaiting shipment, and when it ships from the warehouse.

Your Zaggora product will normally be dispatched 48 working hours after you have placed your order, depending on stock availability and holidays.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver as quickly as possible but shipping times do vary by destination. As a guideline, shipping times from date of dispatch are as follows:

UK: 2-10 working days.
Products are shipped through Royal Mail within the UK.

Europe: 7-15 working days
International (Rest of World): 10-20 working days
Products to destinations outside the UK are shipped with signature required upon delivery. Should you not be available to receive your package(s), you should be left a notice advising you how to retrieve them.

If you have not received your order, please first check with your local post office. If you have still not located your order, please email customers@zaggora.com, with your order number as a reference, and they will assist you further.

Please note: Transit times do vary by destination and at various times (i.e. during the Christmas period). As postal services do not run on a normal schedule during the holiday season, the delivery of your product may take longer than usual at that time.

PLACING ORDERS

How do I order online?
Go to www.zaggora.com and click on the yellow box at the top of the screen which says ‘BUY NOW’. On the next page, select the Zaggora product you would like, then the size and the quantity of the product.

If you are not sure what size to choose, please click on the Size Chart to help you decide. Additionally, please see the question below entitled ‘What size do I order?’.

When you are ready to proceed, click ‘Add to Cart’ and then proceed to checkout.

If you would like to select another pair in a different size, or a different product, click on ‘BUY NOW’ again and repeat the process.

If you experience problems with Internet Explorer we recommend trying Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome. If you are on a corporate network, the firewall may interfere with our site so it’s best to try from home.

How do I use my voucher code?
If you have a voucher code, once you have selected the size and quantity of your Zaggora product(s) and added them to your cart, you will find a Coupon Code box on the right hand side to enter it.

Please make sure that you copy and paste the code in its entirety so there are no mistakes.

Please note that only one voucher can be used per transaction and that shipping will apply for each product ordered. Only one code can be used per order and the code will only be valid for the product it has been purchased for.

If your code doesn’t seem to be working on our website, please email us the voucher in PDF format and we will check it for you.

I’m having problems paying.
Please ensure that you fill in all boxes with a red * with the correct information. Please do not put any spaces or dashes ( – ) in between numbers or in your email address.

If your product is being delivered to a country which does not have a zip code, please enter ‘000’ into the postcode box to proceed with your order.

Our payment gateway system, Sagepay, charges only in pounds. A small exchange fee applies but we have lowered the shipping cost and incorporated this fee into it so there should be no extra payment.

If you are paying from overseas, please ensure that your bank is allowing the transaction to go through as some banks automatically block foreign transactions.

If you receive an ‘invalid’ error message it can help to put ‘11111111’ in the telephone number field.

Does my order come in discreet packaging?
Zaggora products are delivered in subtle packaging which only displays our logo.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I exchange the size/return my product for a refund/exchange for a different product?

In order to exchange your product, you must return it to us in a saleable condition within the period of time stipulated in our terms and conditions. You may then request either a refund of the money you paid or store credit, which you can subsequently use to place another order.

If you would like to exchange your size using our store credit option or return your Zaggora product for a refund, please use the returns label you have received with your package. Please note that this is not a prepaid label.

If you want to change the product which you have ordered and your order has already been shipped, you will have to return it for a refund and order the different product separately. You can choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, which will make ordering your new product easier and quicker.

You will receive an email informing you when your product has been returned to the warehouse and your return will be processed then.

Please make sure to keep a proof of postage receipt.

What makes the product ‘unsaleable’ and why?
In order to obtain a refund or exchange for Zaggora exercise wear, the product must be unworn, in the condition it arrived to you, with tags still attached and with the original packaging. Any product which does not fit these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange for Zaggora Motion Lotion or Svelt Melt, the product must be unopened, unused and in saleable condition.

What do I do if my Zaggora product is faulty?
Please email us a clear photo of the fault along with your invoice (the delivery label on the package will do, or you can log into your Zaggora account and print your details.) Please specify the order number and product description of the faulty item in your email.

ZAGGORA EXERCISE WEAR - PRODUCT SIZING

What size do I order?
The size charts for all Zaggora products can be found on our Size Charts page. Please note that the sizing is very snug in our 2.0 products, so if you are in between sizes we advise that you choose the larger size.

How should my Zaggora product fit?
Your Zaggora product should be well-fitted to achieve maximum results.

The tightness of the product is largely dependent on body shape. For example, it may be tight on the hips and slightly loose on the waist, or vice versa. It is the material which is the magical ingredient, so it doesn’t matter too much if the product isn’t very tight.

Please note, however, that the product should not be tight to the extent of hurting your body.

ZAGGORA EXERCISE WEAR - PRODUCT CARE

How should I wash my Zaggora products?
Zaggora clothing is designed to be hand-washed with mild detergent or machine washed on cold. It’s best to drip dry your Zaggora products.

Can I put them in the dryer?
No, we strongly recommend that you do not tumble dry them. Your product will quickly dry on a line dryer or on a mild-temperature radiator.

Can I wash them as many times as I want?
Yes. Washing will not limit the product’s longevity.

Can I alter them (sew, shorten, etc)?
Alterations should not be made to the product. If they are the wrong size, we recommend that you return them to us (they must be unused and in saleable condition, with tags attached) and re-order the right size.

Which Zaggora product should I buy?
HotPants
If you want experience our newest awesome features, choose Atomica HotPants, Fold Over HotPants, or Viva Capri: on top of our signature heating fabric technology, all three have a super-comfortable adjustable lycra waistband to flatter your middle and a ventilating fabric panel between the legs to help you stay fresh.

Flares 2.0 and HotPants 2.0 are thinner and lighter than the originals with stronger and more flexible fabric.

Fun Viva HotPants are knee-length and come in five vivid colors accentuated by bold contrast stitching.

Our Originals range still has plenty of POW! Ankle-length Flares provide complete leg coverage, from waist to ankle. Nude HotPants are a lighter and thinner alternative to classic black HotPants, which get you hot with a sleek and attractive look.

Hot Tops
The Full Body Blazer covers all areas (bust, stomach, back, arms) with technology-enhanced neoprene. The Hooded Body Blazer covers everything BUT the bust (stomach, back, arms) with technology-enhanced neoprene. Technology-enhanced neoprene covers the bust, stomach and back on the Hot Top, but sports mesh and jersey vents at the underarms and along your sides allow your skin to breathe.

The signature fabric heating technology and material in all of our Hotwear is designed to help you sweat. If you tend to sweat more heavily during sessions of intense cardio, we recommend that you use black Hotwear.

Lifestyle
The Coola Bra features sports mesh and jersey throughout to allow your skin to breathe and stay fresh. It contains no technology-enhanced neoprene to heat you up (hence the name “Coola”). The Slouchy, Candyfloss Tee, Safe Tee, Atomica Top, and Let's Get Hot Top are all made with medium-weight brushed cotton enhanced with quick-dry, anti-odor technology to keep you cool and fresh.

How does my Zaggora product work?
Zaggora exercise wear contains a variety of special fabric technologies (for the technologies specific to a particular product, go to its product page). Celu-Lite technology-enhanced neoprene harnesses the body’s natural heat to help increase core temperature and energy expenditure during exercise, helping to boost the effects of exercise and maximise its results. Eco-friendly cooling sports-mesh-and-jersey fabric woven from recycled nano-sized coffee grounds, PVC bottles and ice-cool crystals works to wick sweat, neutralize odor and keep you cool and fresh.

What material is used in Zaggora products?
The Zaggora lower-body Hot range is made of neoprene shell and lined with nylon and polyester. The fabric technology is embedded within the lining.

Zaggora’s upper-body Hot range is made of a combination of nylon-and-polyester-lined neoprene shell, sports mesh and jersey – except for the Coola Bra, which contains only sports mesh and jersey.

Zaggora’s Comfortable & Cool tops are all crafted from luxurious brushed cotton containing quick-dry, anti-odor technology to help keep you cool, dry, and fresh.

Does the Slouchy/Candyfloss Tee/Safe Tee/Atomica Top/Let's Get Hot Top work like the Hot Top does?
No. None of our Comfortable & Cool tops contain our heating fabric technology or neoprene. These are made from special brushed cotton containing quick-dry, anti-odor technology to help keep you cool, dry, and fresh.

How long will my Zaggora product be effective?
Zaggora products are durable and will be effective for as long as you continue to wear them. However, as with any clothing product, over time and with wear their appearance may change.

How long should I wear my Zaggora product every day?
You may wear it as long as you find it comfortable. Bear in mind that the more you wear your product while exercising, the more effective it can be. However, wearing your product should be complemented by a healthy diet and good hydration.

Please note: if you feel uncomfortable or too hot while wearing your product, you should take a break. When working out, it is important to maintain good hygiene, so make sure you wash your product regularly, particularly after more strenuous activity.

Should I wear it with underwear?
Yes, in the interest of hygiene we strongly recommend that you wear underwear.

Can I wear it over/under clothes?
For best results, Zaggora lower-body products should not be worn over clothing except for underwear. They can, however, be worn underneath clothing.

Can I wear Zaggora products if I am pregnant?
No, we do not recommend wearing Zaggora products while pregnant.

Are Zaggora products suitable for men?
Zaggora’s current products are not suitable for men. As the body’s core temperature is greatly increased during exercise while using Zaggora products as compared to a standard garment, there is potential risk to the male genitals.

Is there an age limit for wearing Zaggora products?
No. Zaggora products can be worn by women of all ages.

My product has a strong smell. How do I get rid of it?
Much like new jeans whose ink is new, Zaggora products’ smell is a function of their newness. The smell will lessen over time as they are washed in mild detergent.

Can I buy Zaggora products in a store?
Zaggora products are available online only at Zaggora.com.

How should I store my Motion Lotion and Svelt Melt?
Motion Lotion and Svelt Melt should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. We advise that you do not store them in the refrigerator or in direct sunlight.

ZAGGORA BODYCARE - PRODUCT INFORMATION

Which bodycare product should I buy?
Svelt Melt is a refreshing contouring gel that helps to improve the appearance of cellulite and leave skin looking more toned. Motion Lotion is a hydrating lotion that helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite and leave skin refreshed.

What are they made of?
Svelt Melt’s ingredients include encapsulated caffeine and menthol, red pepper extract, peptides and green bean seed extract. Motion Lotion contains encapsulated caffeine and menthol, Inca Inchi oil, lupin seed extract and shea butter.

Both were formulated with a cutting-edge patented encapsulation technology to deliver enhanced penetration of caffeine and menthol into the skin, ensuring that the product works beneath the surface to promote the breakdown of fat cells.

How should I use my bodycare product?
Massage your product into damp skin (avoiding contact with your eyes and washing your hands after use). Svelt Melt and Motion Lotion may be used at any time, though applying Svelt Melt before exercising in HotPants and Motion Lotion after exercising in HotPants can help to improve the results of your exercise.

How long will the products be effective?
Motion Lotion and Svelt Melt should be used within 12 month of opening the tube. Please consult the box for further instructions.

Are they suitable for men?
Although Zaggora bodycare was developed with women in mind, men may use the products if they would like to moisturize, tone and refresh their skin.

THE TWO WEEK CHALLENGE

What is the Two Week Challenge?
The Two Week Challenge is as follows:

1. Weigh and measure yourself (thighs, bottom, stomach, and waist)

2. Wear the Zaggora product as much as possible every day for two weeks, for a minimum of 30-60 minutes per day. (Bear in mind that the more you exercise and move around in them, the more they can work for you.)

3. After two weeks, weigh and measure yourself again!
