How often should I wash them?
Washing is recommended after each use, particularly after exercising.
Can I put them in the dryer?
No, we strongly recommend not to tumble dry the product. It will quickly dry on a line dryer or on a mild temperature radiator.
Can I alter them (sew, shorten, etc)?
No, alterations should not be made to the product. If they are the wrong size we would instead recommend returning them to us unused and in a saleable condition (with packaging and tags attached), and order the right size.
What are the HotPants/Flares made of?
HotPants, Flares and Capri Flares are made of neoprene shell, with nylon and polyester lining on both sides and contain Celu-Lite Technology lining underneath.
Should I wear them with underwear?
Yes, in the interest of hygiene we strongly recommend you to wear underwear with the product.
Can I wear them over/under clothes?
For best results, Zaggora product should not be worn over clothing except for underwear. It can however be worn underneath clothing.
Can I wear them to bed?
Our products are most efficient when worn while being active.
How long should you aim to wear them every day?
Independent University studies show that wearing a Zaggora product for 30 minutes while exercising allows losing 4x more weight in the short term compared to normal clothing. The more you wear them while exercising, the more they work. However, wearing our product should be complemented with a healthy diet and hydration.
Can I wash them as many times as I want?
Yes, washing will not limit the product’s longevity.
How long will they be efficient?
Zaggora products are long-standing and will be effective for as long as you continue to wear them. However as with any usual clothing product, over time they might change appearance with wear.
How should Zaggora products fit?
They should be tight, yet comfortable for best results. Please note that the product should not be too tight to the extent of hurting your body.
Can I wear them if I am pregnant?
No, we do not recommend wearing Zaggora products whilst pregnant.
How do I return/exchange them?

What makes the product ‘unsalable’ and why?
In order to obtain a refund the product needs to be unworn, in the condition it arrived to you, with tags still attached and original packaging. Any product which does not fit these criteria will not be applicable for a refund.
Can I exchange my Zaggora product?
Yes. In order to exchange your product, we will give you a refund if returned to us in a saleable condition within the period of time allowed in our terms and conditions. You may then require either to be refunded the money you paid or with store credit, which you can subsequently use to make another order.

Are they suitable for men?
No, we do not recommend that men wear Zaggora HotPants/Flares/Capri Flares.
What is the two week challenge?
During the 2 week challenge, we encourage customers to be as active as possible in their Zaggora products and track their results – this might be getting fit, becoming slimmer or more toned.

Zaggora products are delivered in subtle packaging with only our logo on it.
My HotPants have a strong smell – how do I get rid of it?
The smell will lessen over time as they are washed in mild detergent. Much like new jeans when ink is new, it is a function of the newness of the product.
I live in the UK, when can I expect my Zaggora products to be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders 24-48 hours after they have been completed online. This may be longer in times of unexpected high demand. Deliveries will be made within 2-10 working days (from date of dispatch). You will receive emails confirming when you order is completed, when it is being processed by the warehouse and is awaiting shipment, and when they are shipped from the warehouse.
Order tracking is not available in this instance, however a signature is required. Should you not be around to take the delivery of your Zaggora products, you will be left a calling card advising you how you can pick up your products.
If you have not received your goods, please do check with your local Post Office in the first instance. If you have still not located your Zaggora products, please email
